Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with your Encalm membership or booking, you accept the following terms and conditions applicable to all Encalm services, including Atithya Meet & Assist and Encalm Lounge access.
| Membership is non-transferable (valid registered member and pre-declared +2) |
| Non-refundable: No credits for unused services |
| Guests receive benefits only when they are accompanied by the registered member. If the member is not present, we will charge the guest our standard, non-member prices. |
| Lounge access is subject to availability and capacity |
| Commercial resale or third-party bundling is strictly prohibited |
| Cannot be clubbed with other discounts, offers, or company-specific promos |
| In case of violation in any of the above mentioned rules, we reserve the right to discontinued the membership |
| Member must be present during the service |
| Guest names must be declared during booking |
